Adjustable Stencil Holder for Decorated Sugar Cookies

UPDATE: If your having trouble with inserting the pin, I have uploaded some smaller ones so they slide in better- I do highly recommend that is is a nice snug fit to work properly so you may want to print the original (7.9mm- This worked perfect for my print and is the largest of the ones I uploaded.) and then move on to the smaller ones- the original 7.9mm post is the largest and the 7mm is the smallest.

Take your cookie decorating to the next level with this custom designed stencil holder! This adjustable stencil holder includes everything you need to easily and securely hold your 5.5" stencils in place using simple tension- no clips or magnets required!

Be sure the print bed is clean before printing!

After all the parts are printed, there are two pieces that have the back hinge (Base and Center) put these together and slide the long post in. You may need to wiggle the base and center pieces slightly to get the right angle. (I  have uploaded several different widths of the Post and Post Cap after some people have had trouble inserting the original 7.9mm post- It is important to have a SNUG fit to prevent wobbling- size 7.9mm (The Original) is the largest and 7mm is the smallest). After the post is all the way through, place the post cap on the opposite end. You can then put the top piece on- This is the part you will remove and push back together with a stencil in between. The stencil is held in using tension- so if used lots it may need to be reprinted if the plastic wears. You can print as many top pieces as needed to raise the height (Raises by 3mm)  It can be flipped back and forth to get the height needed. If you need a small bump to raise your cookies- a bottom riser can be printed (Raise by 1mm) and added to the bottom- there are two options- one stays on well and the other is easily removable. 

Base, Center and 1 top - 10mm cookies

Base, Center and 2 tops (1 used as spacer)- 13mm cookies

Base, Center and 3 tops (2 used as spacers)- 16mm cookies

You can continue adding tops/spacers to reach your desired height.

Add Bottom Risers (1mm) if there are numbers in between these needed.
