8 Apply a force from both ends of the wheel to lock the buckle of the wheel axle together.
Insert 2 wheels into the axle holes opposite to each other and rotate the wheels to make them closest.
9 It is purely decorative. If you want the effect of wheel rotation, you don't need to install it.
10 Find a pack of tissue, the size I referenced was about 9x13x5cm.
