Description

I bought mudguards for my old bike because i moved the original ones to my new bike.

Now I miss the metal angles holding the mudguards in place.

It would be too easy buying new angles and 3D printing is my hoppy anyways, so I decided to design my own, because I couldn't find any suitable for my purpose online.

To make the angle connection more solid I added rips on the screw head side. Also I added extra thickness in comparison to the original angle.

The mudguards I am using are manufactured by Fischer. The original guards had the same mounting.  I assume this is a kind of universal standard size.

In my case the rear guard has a slight angle above 90 degrees, this is why I provide multiple different angles in 2 degree steps from -10 to 10 degree. I put all together one one printing plate. Just remove the remaining objects.

Recommended print settings:

  • 100% infill
  • PETG

The rest ist standard and completely up to you.
