This is a print I designed just for myself. I love tennis, and in my opinion, Roger Federer is the GOAT. Not only for his achievements in tennis, but for his sportsmanship, his philanthropy, and his sheer artistry as an athlete. Watching Roger Federer play was one of my bucket list items in life. But, if you ever tried to buy a ticket to watch him play in person at any tournament (and none of these tournaments were coming to my neck of the woods in Canada), you know you'd have to sell your firstborn child to do so, and I love my kid so that was out of the question. HOWEVER! Almost exactly 7 years ago, Roger came to the USA to play an evening of tennis to raise funds for his Match for Africa charity. I was reaching a milestone birthday and decided THIS was the time. So I booked my solo plane ticket to California, a hotel room, car rental, and ticket to the event, and went on an adventure to see the legend in person. It wasn't a tour level match (he played a singles match against American Jack Sock, and a mixed doubles match with Microsoft's Bill Gates against Sock and NBC news tv anchor Savannah Guthrie), and it was a relaxed and fun evening instead of a high stakes match, but he still played competitively against Sock and showed us some of his signature beautiful shots. AND! When the match was over, he autographed and hit some tennis balls into the crowd. I was lucky enough to catch one, though I ended up giving it away to a young child who had run so hard through the stands to try to catch it, and ending up tripping and hurting himself in the process. I felt bad and gave it to him, but at least I got to hold a tennis ball signed by the legend himself. It is a trip and an evening I will never forget, and I'm grateful I went, especially since he retired from tennis a few years ago.

All photos you see are of actual prints of my design. If you use the same filament and colors, you can expect the same result as you see in the photos. The 3mf file is AMS ready to slice and print with the height range modifier and layers prepared for you. If you are using the STL to slice and print the file, be sure to apply color swaps by their mm height and use the height modifications and infill instructions as per the directions provided. During slicing, you might get an error message about floating regions, which you can safely ignore. Finally, if you wish to scale the design, do NOT scale the Z axis. Happy printing!
