#PrintClinic I use a Bambu Lab A1 Mini Combo. I’m printing something and it costantly shows the error, ‘AMS Lite Spool is tangled or stuck.’ But when I check which spool it’s talking about, the spool is perfectly fine and nothing is wrong with it. I use Bambu Lab PLA Basic (Red) What should I do?

@waylaidwanderer Welcome to the Print Clinic! This kind of false alert is almost always caused by physical friction along the filament path, which tricks the sensor into thinking the spool is stuck. The most common culprit is a worn-out PTFE tube or a sharp bend in the tube that restricts smooth feeding. If you disconnect the PTFE tube from the toolhead and pull the filament through by hand, does it glide smoothly or is there a lot of resistance?

@waylaidwanderer @LivPrintsStuff : It seems like it's a problem with the spool then, but just to confirm, try using a different spool of filament. If it's the spool causing the problem, it could be out-of-spec filament diameter, in which case you can try cutting off the section giving you issues before you print with it again. If using a different spool in the same AMS slot still causes the problem, then the problem is along that path somewhere. Let me know!

@LivPrintsStuff @waylaidwanderer : It gave the same error even though I swapped spools.

@ARTICDRAGON46 This could be because the filament is actually tangled or suck. I suggest you unwind it a little and see if it’s tangled or not. If not, I’m not sure what else to do.

@ThePrintrGuy what it is is that the filament wire might not be feeding through properly. Or it's stuck in a way that looks fine, but isnt
