After a slow decomposition of human society, one of the 7 remaining human groups has developed The Thunder Metropolis in order to escape from the Earth's surface. Using it's floating electromagnetic plates and revolving pillars, it creates constant turbulance around itself, generating continuous thunderstorms. The lightning strikes are collected using it's revolving batteries and used to maintain it's altitude.
