i printed with the A1 0.16 optimal profile with Bambu PLA Matte. it took 17 hours and is very clean however a little fragile. I plan to use it between a single glazed window and a secondary glass panel which was always misting up until I put in a couple of dessicant pouches between the panes. I wanted something that looks a little more deliberate. Black PLA may not be the best choice but it’s what I had available - time will tell. When it falls apart or disintegrates I will reprint with white PETG. Thank you for the design - it fits together very nicely. USB for scale.

Printed with PLA Matte and they work beautifully. This is my first print in place hinge and I’m impressed. The clips are quite long - but I have a lifetime supply now 😂 - so won’t bother printing shorter ones. Thank you for sharing.
