Zero issues with either print or assembly, just a little bit of cleaning up around the brim. I used double sided tape instead of a screw for mounting it to the wall. I really appreciate the width and the curve as it doesn't create a hard shadow and blends in well with the wall. I printed in white PLA, might reprint with a different filament to get a perfect match my wall paint (either that or just sand and paint the cover) Conclusion: Solid model and print profile.
