I've printed this as part of the mechanical arm you also designed. Everything looks great with the exception of the bolt cap - the one that is pressed against the surface. That one is not attaching firmly to the bolt and it basically falls off every time I move the clamp around. I've printed in PETG HF, but I've also tried to print the cap in TPU just to experiment if that's going to work (instead of printing the TPU grip cap). I was wondering if you can remove some tolerance so that the cap can click on the spherical end of the bolt. If you share with me the CAD file for the cap I can experiment and return it back to you. I assume you are using Fusion 360?
