At my workplace, we have two brand-new Pantum 7105DW printers. Surprisingly, both of them developed the same issue: the ADF hinge broke at the neck. Since no 3D model was available online, I decided to design the part from scratch. But it wasn’t easy—my first prints kept breaking. When I tried printing vertically, the hinge snapped at weak points. Then I switched to horizontal printing, but it broke in different areas.
Finally, after reinforcing the critical stress zones, it worked! 🎉
