Not a hard print at all. Printed 0.16mm, silk PLA. Increased the model height to 160mm. Weakpoints are the hooves. Added support enforcers and all came out fine. (auto supports do not add enought)

Does not fit the S90D 2024/2025. The bottom chin part is problematic, that part is just to tight, I can shove it in, but won't get it out. Printed from TPU. Thanks for the model anyway. EDIT: problematic part are the sides, the widest part is at the top of remote, cover sides are rounded. thats the reason why it does not fit. Might be that the remote design has been silently changed. Scaled it to 102.4% and it fits, but still tight. Would do 102.8% for the next try. (But then charging hole does not fit, cut it, now fits) Anyhow, for now it will be ok. really like the design and thought behind it. Its now Toddler safe.

Nice design, printed well. Supports - easy to remove. The top finish is not great because of the slope, but manageable. Not sure, probably it was thought about that, but a slightly slanted top to the front would work (maybe?) better, now i have to bend the Kiwi comfort band for it not to slide down. I also do not like that the controler bands are in the front. Changed seams to the back. Changed infil to Gyroid at 5%, rotated the part a bit as support are at the edge. All in all, 9.5/10. Thx!

Printed flawlessly, support were easy to remove. Family came for dinner and grandma asked if we have a cross, we did not. So while food was cooking, this was printed and we had a cross.. Thank you for sharing the design!
