Decided to go with the large version. It works great. However, I had 2 of the thin washers left over as one did not fit and the other kinda fell off... Everything still seems to work fine though :) Gave the project two boosts :)

Great stuff. Changed the original file to allow for a magnetically actived LED to be added. I designed a translucent eye-piece which inserts into the head so that the light gets sent to both eyes evenly.

A great project. I also used an old hdd disk which worked fine. I had to glue on the metal center disc though as the clock mechanism turned out to be slightly too short.

Very sold print. Turned out great. Only had mandarin orange at hand and might reprint in yellow later.

What a great project. Took me a whily to get the thing levitating and I added a clear PETG plate that fits exactly on top of the original grey / silver piece so that the LEDs are not as visible. I have interchangeable inserts now so that i can change the color from white to blue if i feel like it :)
