Does anyone know how to fix my printer because the number two slot on my AMS always says it’s out of filament when it never is it rolls it back too far every time that I use it so it’s always out so I can only do three colored prints because all my other slots work except for slot 2. Please help i really would love the help.(Edited)

what is happing

My printer stops every layer and we cannot figure out why no matter what we do it stops and says cannot feed filament into the pool, even if we change the filament to a different thing clean it and once we fix that problem, a different problem occur in eight hour print will take a week
