The printer would have multiple spinning resin vats, while the print bed and screen remain stationary. Only one vat would be in use at a time—filled with alcohol to wash off the previous color—before the next resin is applied. Here’s how it works: - The screen cures small portions of the layer in one color, - Then the bed is washed clean before switching to another vat, - The rest of the layer is then cured in a different color.
