Each diffuser has been carefully measured, printed multiple times, and the print profile has been made with dry, well-calibrated filament. There are several ready-made sizes for each model so that you can use the one you prefer. Of course, you can also modify the z measurement to your liking. Just make sure to deactivate uniform scale. The smallest size is intended to protect the flashlight lens from scratches while also serving as a mini diffuser.

Requests:

I only create diffusers for Olight flashlights since that is what I use. I will gradually release print profiles for all models except weapon and bike lights. I can prioritize certain models if you ask for it. If you create your own print profile, please make sure to enable detect thin walls on an object basis where needed and there is no need for brims because PETG adheres well to the build plate.

Please use PETG for printing. I have tested the medium-sized diffuser with the Seeker 4 Pro's 4600 lumen turbo mode and it didn't get too hot, but modern flashlights with high output also create a lot of heat, so I advise against using PLA that already deforms at 55°C. The diffusers are as thin as possible to let the maximum possible amount of light through, so they not very sturdy, but you can always print a new one if one breaks. Please be careful when removing them from the build plate so that they don't break. Update: Newer diffusers from the Arkfeld, ArkPro, and Oclip series feature more robust diffusers. I will slowly update the other models.

Please note: If your print doesn't quite fit the model, it's probably because your filament is not calibrated correctly. You can experiment with making the X and Y measurements smaller/bigger in 0.05mm steps until you find the right size with uniform scale deactivated. Or better yet: Dry and calibrate your filament.
