I wanted to be kinder to my cervical spine, but relevant products are too expensive, so I made one;

My upload contains only one of the models; no supports are needed, but you will need to clone and mirror it when printing, or use the .3mf file to print it. Avoid using excessive walls to increase its strength to prevent material waste. Additionally, it requires several 3mm screws and nuts approximately 10mm in length to secure the bamboo strips. These strips are 20mm wide and 3mm thick—available at online retailers—with length determined to your preference.
