Description

This is a 3D printed 1:27 scale model designed loosely based on the recently introduced Haven-1 Space Station.  Haven-1 is the world's first planned commercial space station, developed by American company Vast and set to launch on a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket no earlier than May 2026. This single-module station will serve as a microgravity lab, hosting research, in-space manufacturing, and private astronaut missions, featuring advanced life support, a domed window for Earth viewing, and Starlink connectivity for a comfortable, human-centric environment for its four-person crew.

The model was printed on a Bambu X1C with the following filaments:

* Generic PLA Red
* Generic PLA White
* Generic PLA Black
* Generic PLA Silk Silver
* Generic PLA Silk Copper
* Generic PETG-CF (Support)

Please note that 1/2 of the Upper Cabin and 1/2 of the Lower Cabin was painted flat black as 2 color print would be an exorbitant number of filament changes. I have also included a decal sheet for those who want to use it for the Flag, Logos and Solar Arrays. The program for the decal sheet is Silhouette Studio which is a free program to download and use. The decals were printed on a Canon Color Laser printer using Sunnyscopa Laser Waterslide Decal Paper. Make sure that you spray the decals with a flat clear topcoat once they are dry in order to seal them. Rust-Oleum Clear Durable Topcoat, Dead Flat works very well for this. I have also included the reference photo.
