Important note on print quality:
I want to emphasize that the final print quality can be significantly influenced by the filament used. I have found that filaments from different brands can have properties (such as rigidity, moisture absorption, and impact resilience) that affect the result, especially in support management. Therefore, the success and cleanliness of the print depend not only on the profile but also on the specific quality and characteristics of your PLA.
The Design
I have completed the Ninja Turtles team with the model of our indomitable leader, Raphael! This dynamic sculpture portrays him ready for action with his iconic Sais.
To ensure maximum quality and robustness, I designed the weapons to be printed separately. This way, you will avoid them breaking during support removal, achieving a perfect print and a more durable figure.
This model pairs perfectly with others from the TMNT series I have already published. Print, assemble, and enjoy the result!
Supports: I used supports for this model, but I worked to optimize them as much as possible, to facilitate detachment from the part and leave a clean finish.
Removable weapons: For better quality and to prevent breakage, I printed the weapons separately. Once printed, they fit securely into the character's hands.
Filament: I tested this model with Bambu Lab Basic PLA filament. Results may vary slightly with different filaments.
