Heavy layer thickness used for strength, thinner layers will not make any difference on this model.  <ul><li>Modify the text on the badge or add your own SVG image / branding</li><li>While PLA can be used for this model, PET to ABS is recommended to make sure the badge doesn&#39;t lose it&#39;s shape when worn in the sun</li></ul>

0.2mm layer, 6 walls, 25% infill

Print your own custom badge, then clip in a safety pin and you&#39;re set! When clipping in the safety pin you may need to use a flat screwdriver to pish the pin into the clip.  This attaches the badge securely.  I have not had any issues with the badge falling off of the pin.
