What are Boost Tokens? Were they issued because I posted an original model to Maker World? What can I use them for?

This was my very first CAD design, I used DesignSpark from RS to develop the model export files are limited due to the free CAD package limitations, but the finished result was pretty fast and economical. The problem was a Broken Safety visor/ Guard base assembly on my Record Power Benchtop Drill Press. the solution was an intuitive introduction to Designspark and successful print of the replacement part.
