I like my palm sander, but the dust is a pain. I wanted a quick, dust-free sanding option without the need for my random orbit, so I designed this in Fusion. It’s palm-sander sized with a 31 mm vacuum port that works with my Titan wet/dry vac. This is V1 and not perfect, but it does what I wanted. Issue is It seals tightly so it works more like a two-handed sanding block, and paper changes are slow. V2 will use a 5″ Velcro pad. Finish looks though It's not the best, but I’m still learning.
