I have a number of friends that have a hard time filling up their fuel tanks, due to a vacuum hose that must be activated in order for the pump to work. Unfortunately this often causes the nozzle to be inserted too far into the fuel tank for it to fill the tank. Using this insert helps enable the pump to work while giving a bit more space for pumping fuel.

A friend of mine asked me to create a funnel for their Yeti Rambler, but a mere funnel wouldn't do, I created a funnel with threads so that it will securely screw into the water bottle. Perhaps it will help you fill your water bottle more easily, with less mess as well.
