Mine failed on the default settings, I had to add maximum support so that it would not tip over during printing. worked a treat, I've printed many now.
Any chance you could make inserts to fill the holes?

I thought I would use up some cheaper filament I bought to make these, and they turned out great. Printed on 50% speed, default settings.

Had issues first print. changed to 35deg support and it fixed the issues.
