After burning some of these really beautiful candles, I couldn't just throw out the vase, so I decided to plant succulents in them. In order to get something to fit just right, I had to design it from scratch, but borrowing some of the better design concepts from the other nursery pots I had purchased. It took quite a few iterations, too. But I learned a lot! :)

A simple planter with triangular extrusions. This fits a standard 4" nursery pot (100mm inner diameter)
I printed with a wood PLA filament, which gave it a really nice effect.

A small planter that fits a 3" nursery pot (76mm inner diameter) with a spiky geometric pattern on the outside
This isn't a very original design, but I created it to learn how to better use the CAD program I'm using. It turned out really well, so I printed it! But I used some Turbo PLA with a high layer height. I think it gave it a cool effect, but I had originally planned to print it in a marble PLA with more detail.
