This 1:36 scale model of Rocket Lab's Electron rocket attempts to capture the essence of one of the most innovative and spectacular rockets of recent years. The Electron has become famous not only for its eye-catching aesthetics, but also for its ability to launch small payloads into orbit, often using New Zealand's famous Māhia Peninsula as a launch site.
The model replicates the rocket's most iconic visual features, such as the bands of icy condensation that form on the liquid oxygen tanks. These bands, which are white in color, are only visible when the rocket is on the launch pad just before liftoff, adding realistic detail to the model.
This model consists of 8 separate pieces that must be assembled. Each joint is marked with a letter, which corresponds to the complement to be connected, facilitating assembly.
