🔧 Fully Parametric Collet (PLA & TPU Profiles)

This is a fully parametric collet design built for flexibility, precision, and easy customization directly inside Bambu Studio.

Whether you need a rigid clamp or a flexible grip, this model includes two optimized print profiles:

  • PLA version → firm, precise hold
  • TPU version → flexible, shock-absorbing grip

⚙️ Parametric Controls

You can easily dial in the exact fit for your application by adjusting:

  • Inner Diameter (ID) – perfect for shafts, rods, or tools
  • Outer Diameter (OD) – overall size control
  • Length – adjust grip surface area
  • Collar Thickness – strength and compression tuning
  • Collar Outer Diameter – flange size for retention or mounting
  • Gap Thickness – controls clamping force and flexibility
