Threaded Cable Tie Mount

The mount features a side hole designed to be tapped with an M5 × 0.8 thread after printing, allowing it to be securely fastened to a frame, panel, or bracket. The integrated cable tie channel allows standard zip ties to be routed through the part and tightened around cables, hoses, tubing, or wire bundles.

Instead of relying on adhesive-backed cable mounts that can loosen over time, this part provides a durable mechanical mounting solution that can withstand vibration and demanding industrial environments.

• Tap the mounting hole using an M5 × 0.8 tap after printing
