Dry Box compact modulo
Print Profile(0)
Description
I wanted to create a compact and modular dry box perfect for every need
It can be used both as a box to keep the filament dry once dried, and directly for printing with the help of the PC4-M10 connector connected to the PTFE tube
The lid is shaped to insert a 3mm silicone gasket, while the drawer is for a 1.5mm gasket, all to maintain the most airtight environment possible (https://it.aliexpress.com/item/1005003195573732.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.5.a62c3696SzdO4m&gatewayAdapt=glo2ita)
On the front, I inserted a hygrometer (https://it.aliexpress.com/item/1005008841100994.html?spm=a2g0o.order_list.order_list_main.41.21b83696Fev7bf&gatewayAdapt=glo2ita) for an accurate humidity reading, and just below it, you can print a label for the color and material that will be placed inside
Externally on the sides, there are 4 slots per side to accommodate 6x2 mm neodymium magnets, essential for connecting one module to another without wasting space (they must be inserted into the appropriate spaces and protrude by a few tenths of a millimeter, which is necessary to remove the lid without disconnecting the module)
At the base, there is a pull-out drawer with a removable grid where we can insert silica gel
Inside, there is a central pin that engages from the top (due to reduced space, it is not very convenient but can be easily inserted with the aid of long-nose pliers with a little patience)
The dimensions are compact 251x251x80 mm
