Coat Rack Joint Replacement

This is a coat rack joint that I made as the original one broke.

This took me around 1 hour to print and used about 23g of filament. I printed it in grey to match the other original joint.

Measurements:

Although I have made this to fit the dimensions that I measured, If you need one with different dimensions for the bars, feel free to ask, and I will add it here, or remix it to make it fit your coat rack.

The dimension of the vertical bar that it is meant to fit is 22.75 X 22.75mm. The dimension of the horizontal bar is: 23 X 23mm.

The dimensions of the actual joint is: 65.26 X 25.81 X 63.2mm.

Print Settings:

• The files should be already oriented in the correct orientation for printing.
• Supports are required (I used snug support).
• I also recommend using a brim to hold it in place.
• I recommend 100% Gyroid infill as this part needs to be very strong.
• Print Coat Rack Joint v3 as this fits the correct dimensions stated above.
