Customizable birth keepsake frame! 👶✨
Hello everyone! Today I'm sharing a birth frame I created for a gift. I thought it would be silly to keep the model to myself
The model incorporates a 25 cm x 25 cm frame. However, beware: it requires a little manipulation in Bambu Studio to set it up with the correct information
🛠️ How to customize it in Bambu Studio
For the frame to perfectly match your project, open the PC version of Bambu Studio :
The first name and info: You can directly modify the text to add the correct first name, date, time, height, and weight. (Under the BABY cubes are the letters A, B, C, D, and E as examples; you just need to double-click on the letter to modify it.)
The font I used is “Georgia”
- Pay attention to the length of the first name: Currently, the letter cubes are 2.5 cm. If the first name you want to use has more than 6 letters, you will need to slightly reduce the size of the cubes so that everything fits well within the 25 cm of the frame!
💡 My small tips for printing
For the wheels of the little train and especially the text on the whiteboard (time, weight, etc.), I strongly recommend using a 0.2 mm nozzle. I tested with the 0.4 mm and it's frankly not precise enough for my taste
On my end, I added small dried flowers at the bottom to give it a nicer and warmer touch. It's up to you to add your own accessories or combine this frame with other small 3D printed parts to make it completely unique! 😊
