Container Ship with stackable Containers

A single or set of small container ships designed for play or as desk decoration. Each ship has space for several containers that can be loaded, unloaded and rearranged.

The containers are designed to stack and connect with each other. Tolerances are intentionally tight – depending on the filament and your printer's calibration, the containers will either rest on top of each other without sliding, or click together with a light press fit. Both results work; if you want a stronger connection, slightly oversize the containers in the slicer (around 0.5–1%), or scale them down a touch for a looser fit.

The 3MF file is prepared with separate plates:

• Plate 1: One shipload of containers (single colour)
• Plate 2: A containership, ready to print
• Plate 3: Three shiploads of containers in different colours
• Plate 4: A ship with a name placeholder ("BOAT") that you can replace with your own text before slicing – useful as a personalised gift. The name is optional; the ship also looks fine without it.
