This is an adapter for an angle grinder.

It allows you to make straight cuts using guides.

Having found nothing similar online, I had to design it myself.

It consists of three parts for optimal adaptation to the widest range of uses.

***Instructions***

Materials needed:

  • 4 M6x20 bolts
  • 4 M6 nuts
  • 4 M6 washers
  • 2 M8 x20 bolts

Using the nut, pull the screw into the hole. Be careful, the hole is not level with the internal face of the adapter.

complete the assembly of the first slider

insert the screws for the second slider interface

as before, help yourself with the nuts to pull the screws into position

Insert the original handle of the angle grinder into the appropriate hole, the screw will easily be able to dig the thread into the plastic

Finally, fix the contraption to the angle grinder with the M8 screws

The hex screws and nuts should mostly have a reasonable press fit, but I recommend doing a test print with your own printer and adjust if necessary.
