Warcraft Chess set

Warcraft chess piece set 

This is not an officially licensed chess set, but rather my fan-made adaptation of chess themed around Warcraft.

Technical details: 

The pieces have a base width 5-6,5  cm (It depends on the width of the model, since in some places its parts extend beyond the base)  so that they fit on a chessboard with squares 7 cm wide. So these are relatively large chess pieces, however, with these larger models their details stand out better and they are easier to print. Of course, it is possible to reduce the size of the figures, but then I cannot guarantee their printability on an FDM printer.

Printing recommendations: 

- I printed using automatic tree supports at a 30°

- strongly recommended print the individual parts separately, one by one. 
-At the same time, be VERY careful when removing supports, especially in critical thin areas of the print (Bows of Sylvanas and Night Elf, Right arm of Night Elf, Anduins sword, trolls spear and Blood Elfs staff))

I arranged the pieces like this: 
Aliance:

king = Anduin Wrynn
queen = Mage - Jaina
rook = Worgen warrior
knight = Dwarf on war ram
bishop = Night elf archer
pawn = Stormwind guard

Horde:
king = Orc Warchief - Thrall
queen = Sylvanas Windrunner
rook = Tauren warrior
knight = Troll on raptor
bishop = Blood Elf mage
pawn = Orc grunt
