Printing Recommendations

  • Material Selection:
    • PLA/PETG: For hard washers and hinge washers (door hinges)
    • TPU: For gaskets, anti-slip feet, or vibration-damping discs
  • Stability: Print with 100% infill or a very high number of walls (6+) so that the disc does not yield under pressure
  • Precision: A low layer height (e.g. 0.12mm) ensures a very exact thickness, which is particularly crucial for hinge washers
