Benchdog solutions are plentiful, and there are also printed solutions that can clamp into the holes

The solutions I found were not flexible enough for me, as I have tables and clamps with 19mm and 20mm systems

On MakerWorld, I found a system by White Ghost Shop that replaces the holes in the table with interchangeable, printed 25mm sleeves. I will modify my tables in this manner. Many thanks for the idea

My benchdogs consist of general parts (gray) and parts for 19mm systems (brown parts) and 20mm systems (green parts)

In my design, two cones are pulled together, pushing three wedge pieces outwards, which then clamp into the hole. Theoretically, with this system, a 19mm benchdog can also be clamped into a 20mm hole

The anti-rotation feature for tightening the benchdogs is achieved via ring segments on the cone parts (be careful during assembly, these break off easily, but the rings will not break during tightening) and a hexagon adapter between the upper cone and the attachment parts

Besides the printed parts, standard M6 hex nuts and silicone O-rings with an outer diameter of 17mm and a cord thickness of 2mm are required. Depending on how the benchdogs are assembled, M6 socket head screws or M6 hex head screws of different lengths will be needed

The system is modularly assembled, for example, 19mm wedges can be combined with 20mm stop parts in the hole. You can either tighten the benchdogs with the handles (a hex screw is embedded in the handle) or use a socket head screw directly in the stop. Alternatively, you can insert a hex screw into the cone part and then place the nut in the handle for tightening. This allows the M6 thread to extend above the tabletop, enabling you to attach accessories (I am still developing a few ideas)

I have uploaded round stops in heights of 10mm, 20mm, and 40mm. Additionally, I have uploaded stops with V-grooves, concave radius, convex radius, and flat surfaces. These can simply be attached to the round stops or used directly with the benchdog

Note: I have not used models or measurements from other makers. My parts were built from scratch in CAD
