Multiflow Refillable Cigar Humidifier

I’m a cigar enthusiast, and over time I started designing small 3D-printed accessories to improve my own aficionado experience.
This project is part of a growing collection created by and for cigar lovers — and if you enjoy well-designed accessories, make sure to read until the end for something extra.

A reusable, refillable cigar humidifier designed to deliver consistent, even humidity without disposable components.
Inspired by premium commercial humidifiers, this design focuses on easy refilling, efficient airflow, and long-lasting performance, all in a compact 3D-printable form.

💎 Smart & Refillable Design

The open-top / removable-lid design allows quick refills and easy inspection of the internal humidity medium.
Thanks to its generous internal capacity, a single refill can last up to 4–5 weeks, depending on humidor size and ambient conditions — reducing maintenance and improving stability over time.

Compatible with most desktop humidors and cabinets.

💦 Multi-Directional Humidity Release

The ventilated structure is designed to release moisture from multiple sides, helping to maintain a more uniform humidity level throughout the humidor.
The internal chamber supports polymer beads, sponge material, or gel-based solutions, allowing you to choose your preferred humidity method.

Compared to basic stick-style or single-direction humidifiers, this design promotes more balanced moisture distribution with minimal effort.

🧩 Humidor Divider Functionality

Thanks to its elongated shape and stable base, this humidifier can also act as a functional divider, helping you organize your cigar collection neatly while maintaining optimal humidity.

🧩 Suitable for Humidors up to 100 Cigars

Designed for small to medium-sized humidors, this humidifier is suitable for setups holding up to approximately 100 cigars, depending on humidor seal quality, ambient conditions, and humidity medium used.

🖨️ Print Settings (Recommended)

• Material: PLA or PETG 
• Layer height: 0.20 mm
• Walls: 6 perimeters for better moisture containment
• Infill: 15%
• Supports: Not required
• Notes: PETG is recommended for maximum long-term durability and moisture resistance, but I tested the PLA also a I had no leaks at all

💧 How to Use

1. Fill the internal chamber with humidifier sponge, crystal gel, or solution beads.
2. Add distilled water or your preferred humidor solution.
3. Close the lid and place the unit inside your humidor.

4. Refill every 2–4 weeks depending on the ambient humidity and humidor size.
