Parameters update and explenations:

  • Card width
    This is the total width of your card in what oriantation you want
  • Card Height
    This is the total width of your card in what oriantation you want
  • Angle 
    This will make the box different angels from 90 to 40 degrees, so it can fit your space easier.
  • How Many Dividers
    choose the  amount of dividers you want, this will expand the length of the box 
  • Deck Thickness
    Measure your deck thickness  this will add to the length of the box.

This is a fully customizable storage solution for trading cards (Magic, PokĂŠmon, etc.). Unlike standard boxes, this design uses a dynamic trigonometric formula to ensure that your cards always have a perfect horizontal clearance, regardless of the tilt angle you choose.

📐 How to Measure for a Perfect Fit

To get the most out of the customizer, please measure your cards (including sleeves) as follows:

  1. Card_Width: Measure the card from left to right. Add 1-2mm for a comfortable fit.
  2. Card_Height: Measure from the bottom of the card to the very top. This ensures the box walls protect your cards.
  3. Tilt_Angle: Choose how much your cards "lean." 90° is perfectly vertical; 45° provides the maximum lean 
  4. Box_Length: Use the main slider to determine how many cards you want to store in a single row.

⚙️ Technical Specifications

  • Slot Tolerance: Fixed at 2mm (optimized for standard and premium sleeves).
  • Smart Spacing: The internal logic automatically calculates the maximum number of slots that can fit within your chosen Box Length without hitting the walls.
  • Symmetric Design: The slots always grow from the center of the box to ensure perfect balance and weight distribution.

🖨️ Recommended Print Settings

  • Material: PLA, PETG
  • Walls: 3 for durability.
  • Infill: 15%
  • Supports: None required for the standard box.

🎨 Instructions for the Customizer

Use the sliders in the Bambu Lab MakerLab to adjust the dimensions in real-time. The model will automatically re-calculate the slot quantity based on your TiltAngle and Box_Length.
