I made this case for the Omnipod Dash. It is made of two interlocking parts. It is possible to insert a credit card-sized Airtag (I use the one sold by Action) at the base of the case, which recharges with a magnetic cable. There is already a provision for charging it without having to open the case. The Omnipod in the photo has a protective glass (a bit damaged). To join the two parts, hold the small part slightly tilted and fit the two dovetails, rotate until the two parts are completely interlocked. I used PETG Translucent, but normal PETG also works fine. I couldn't test TPU. I printed with a 0.4 nozzle and 0.2 layer, but it can also be printed with a 0.2 nozzle and 0.08 layer.
