64×64×46 mm External Corner Bracket with Reinforcement

This compact and robust external corner bracket is designed to provide strong reinforcement on outside corners, where stability and rigidity are critical. Measuring 64 × 64 × 46 mm, the bracket features an integrated angled reinforcement that significantly increases strength while keeping the design clean and easy to print.

I originally designed this bracket for external corner reinforcement, where standard internal brackets don’t fit or provide sufficient support. It works perfectly for furniture, frames, cabinets, shelving, and enclosures where loads are applied outward from the corner.

The bracket includes two mounting holes on each face, allowing for secure fastening from both directions and ensuring a tight, stable connection.
