Description
Simple Hidden Blade, hardware list: M2*2.5*3 heat set inserts - 4x; M2*10 countersunk screws - 4x; 0.4*3*15 extension springs - 2x; 1mm diameter fishing line - 150mm. The rest are 3D printed.
It is recommended to use PETG for the material, try not to use PETG-HF (it's too brittle). For the main structure, use a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height. Use normal supports, top Z distance 0.12-0.16, contact surface layers 3-4 layers, top contact interface spacing 0, top support interface pattern is intersecting lines. Be careful with the force when removing supports from the pull wire part (note that some components are embedded within the support material). It is advisable to remove supports below the contact layer first, and then remove the contact surface supports in one go.
For the pull ring, if conditions permit, reduce the layer height to improve printing accuracy, which will slightly increase print time.
This is an introductory version, and some minor issues still exist. It has few parts, is simple to assemble, easy to carry and play with, hope you like it.
