Description
2" P1S Riser for Yoopai Enclosure – Custom Fit, No-Glue Assembly
This is a custom-designed 2-inch riser base for the Bambu Lab P1S. It was created specifically to solve a clearance issue inside the Yoopai enclosure, where the printer’s glass door contacts the lower edge when opening. With this riser installed, the door opens fully and smoothly.
Design Features
- Precise Fit for the P1S Feet
The top surface includes shifted and aligned recesses so the printer’s feet sit securely in place without any wobble. - Stable, Non-Slip Base
Eight rubber feet are installed on the underside to prevent sliding and add stability. They also help support and reinforce the joints. - No-Glue, Tight-Fit Assembly
The model is designed with clean tolerances so the parts fit together firmly without adhesives. - Optimized for Easy Printing
The prototype was printed at 0.28 mm layer height for faster production. Higher-quality settings can be used for a cleaner final finish.
Notes
This is my first fully scratch-built model, and I'm actively improving it. Feedback is welcome to help refine the design further and ensure it works well for all P1S and Yoopai enclosure users.
