These are custom designed inserts for the Flyht Pro Microhphone case from Thomann (https://www.thomann.de/de/flyht_pro_microphone_case_7_bk.htm). It has space for 6 wireless transmitters/receivers, a bunch of batteries, a Sennheiser A1031 antenna and 4 general purpose compartments for eg. IEMs or transmitter cables.
