Hi! As you can see, this is my lamp Klyra, which I designed in my mind as a (hopefully) future mechanical engineer.
It features a 0.5 m 220V/110V (depending on your country) LED strip and a EU/US cable plug with stripped ends, so you can connect the LED strip wires and the power cable using a lever connector or something similar. It is printable on the A1 Mini and designed so all the parts fit together perfectly.
(1) The bar lampshade fits on top of the white one — it does fit, but please use the included blade from your 3D printer set to remove the larger footprint (I can’t chamfer it because it would look bad afterwards). If you see white spots, GENTLY warm them up with a lighter and they will disappear.
(2) I designed it so the cable goes through the two holes in the base, preventing the wires inside from breaking.
(3) Take the round cylinder (not the inward shell of the lamp) and insert the head of your LED strip through the part of the cylinder that matches the shape of your LED strip (the side with the inner thread). Then wrap the LED strip around the cylinder, aligning it with the walls, and pass the two wires of the LED strip through the square holes on the opposite end of the cylinder.
(4) Screw the cylinder into the inward shell of the lampshade.
(5) Use the lever connector(with 4 holes for 2 cable) to connect the LED strip to the cable plug.
(6) Finally, screw the inward shell of the lampshade onto the base GENTLY , and you’re done! You have a new lamp.
