Fireboard 2 Holder
Print Profile(3)

Description
Please print using petg, not pla.
V1:
Originally we just wanted a better angle, so I created a 45 degree holder.
V2:
We noticed the power cord is on the wrong side, our smoker sits to the right of the prep surface. So I made some adjustments:
- Flipped the model, putting the temp probes on the bottom (yes they clear the table)
- Adjusted the angle, standing close to the screen I realized 45 degrees is actually steep, so I've halved the angle. It feels more comfortable to read now.
- Repositioned the legs to be inline with the inner edge of the bottom contour… just “feels” right.
- To print without needing supports, due to the angle, I've reduced the layer lines from 0.2 to 0.16 this does print without supports, you might get a slightly rougher backside. I used a torch to clean up some less than ideal edges. Still better than supports. Or, you can make the adjustments to the profile that work best for you.
V3:

- The design is now ambidextrous to accommodate a left or right grill setup.
- The base now extends to all edges. While gluing magnets to this model is not recommended, the left, right, back, and bottom of the base can now accommodate them if you choose to do so at your own discretion.
Happy Bbq season!
