Description
I designed a quick-release/locking structure for an action camera neck mount The core mechanism requires no magnets or other metal materials (to complete the entire finished product you may still need some other materials see the bill of materials in Figure 4 for details) Tested to be very secure and can be easily opened and closed with one hand
If you happen to have some spare materials available this model would be a great choice Even if you buy all the materials it's very cheap From my current usage there is no difference compared to a commercially purchased neck mount
Note It must be printed with a 0.16mm layer height otherwise it may affect the successful separation of the central rotating part If the rotating part is difficult to separate please refer to the last GIF for operation
