Therefore, I recommend utilizing opaque filaments, especially for white. My experience with Bambulab PLA filaments is excellent, as they provide superb opacity. However, I have filaments from other brands that are somewhat translucent, and a single white layer is not sufficiently opaque, appearing almost transparent, so please exercise caution.\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eTo further reduce waste, I also suggest adjusting the “purge volumes” values: in this instance, I set white to color at 50, color to white at 100, and color to color at 50, and I encountered no issues with color contamination, though this also depends on the filaments employed.\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eHappy printing and happy reading!\u003c/p\u003e
