š¼šāØ Super Bambu Cart ā Static Feet Edition for 3D PrintersĀ

š
New upload ā Version 1: 2025-06-15
Back with a brand-new add-on for the Super Bambu Cart ā this time, itās for those who donāt want to use wheels (yet!) or simply want to try the setup before committing to buying extra hardware.
Built around the iconic and reliable IKEA Lack table, this modular rolling (or static!) cart is the perfect base for your 3D printer ā and now itās even more accessible!
š§ New accessory available:
A static foot system that replaces the KOSTANZO leveling wheels. AND COMPATIBLE ONLY WITH TD50 FEET. IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH TD60
This version includes:
- 𦶠Rigid foot base, designed for strength and stability ā recommended to be printed in PETG
- š Vibration damper, to reduce micro-movements during prints ā designed for TPU
Ideal if you:
ā
Donāt want to use wheels
ā
Want to get started right away with the Super Bambu Cart
ā
Prefer a fixed, non-mobile setup
ā
Want to try the build before buying optional components
š Wheels still recommended!
The original setup using KOSTANZO leveling wheels remains our recommended configuration.
They offer superb mobility, leveling, and anti-vibration performance.
If youād like to order them, feel free to PM me and Iāll share the purchase link (it helps me out a little with a small commission ā¤ļø).
š§© Printer Compatibility
šØļø Fully compatible with all Bambu Lab printers and most similarly sized 3D printers.
Tested with 2x IKEA Lack tables stacked for extra rigidity.
š§Ŗ Vibration Test Results (original wheel version):
We ran a seismograph app test using an iPhone 15 Pro while printing a small, high-speed object (refer to wheels edition):
- Test 1: Device placed on the bottom shelf of the cart
- Test 2: Device placed on the glass top near the printer
š Result: Vibrations were minimal and comparable to placing the printer directly on a solid floor ā even with dynamic movement!
š This new static foot + damper setup provides similar stability, especially on hard floors or low-vibration surfaces.
š ļø Printing Tips & Warnings
ā ļø Always use a well-prepared build surface:
- Clean plate
- Brim ON
- Glue stick (optional)
- Recommended plate: Smooth Plate
š¦ All files are oriented for best printability. Just slice and go!
