Silica beads are awesome but did you know there is another option?

Calcium chloride absorbs almost 7 times more moisture and keeps working even when the Relative Humidity drops. It captures the water into a saline solution that can be thrown down the drain as it is not harmful and occurs naturally in ocean water.

This is a small round container with a diameter of 60mm. It has a double wall to make it easy to clean and refill.

Assembly is pretty straight forward.  put the mesh on the bottom, slide the assembly in the body, fill with calcium chloride using the included funnel and screw on the lid. I've included some pictures of the steps.

I suggest to assemble the container before adding the calcium chloride to make sure it all fits together. If the thread is a bit tight adding a drop of oil does wonders.

WARNING: PLEASE NOTE THE CONTAINER HAS TO BE HELD UPRIGHT OTHERWISE THE SALINE SOLUTION WILL SPILL OUT!

Thanks for downloading please consider boosting this model. It means a lot.
