Each time a print is made, a poop gets stuck between the cleaner and the hole. I reprinted a new cleaner holder to be sure (it's the one supplied in the description), same thing.

It's strange it doesn't happen to me try printing it with a thinner layer

same thing for me every time - thinking about trimming off the curved piece just to the left of the wiper will attach a photo - i have only tried this with pla-petg so maybe with different filaments it does not happen - all prints perfect, so dont want to have to adjust layer height etc. - great design and love the wiper mod - just reporting my results - Really wish it worked ....

Replying to @user_1548198430 :
I've noticed this as well. I have this installed on my X1C, after the first layer is inspected the extruder parks itself over the poop shoot, but it's right next to the wiper. It then heats up the extruder and extrudes a little bit of filament before wiping. This extruded filament sits right on top of the V section of the cover and does not drop into the shoot. I've had my wiper broken when the extruder hit that little nub during a wipe motion when I didn't manually push it off into the poop shoot. I believe that this is a firmware issue, I don't know why they just didn't have the extruder park in the normal spot while heating up after first layer inspection. I've looked through the printer profile Gcodes to see if I could find the Gcode that it uses for parking the extruder so that I could change the X and Y coordinates, but I didn't see this in any of the Gcode settings of the printer profile. So, this must be imbedded into the firmware. I too am experimenting with cutting out the V section of the cover.

I am printing now using Bambu ASA for my X1C. I also have PFTE Tube coming in the mail to add the addon! I shall report back with the feedback once it's installed :)

Same as with v2.1. It helps with poop popping onto the bed, but I get paused prints staring poop is piled up in the poop chute.
