"Wand" Wave Mount

This model isn't mine, I published it so that any bambu printer can easily print it by selecting a print profile. I can delete it, please leave your opinion in comments !!

Shaft bracket for the popular swiss hand blender "Zauberstab" by ESGE. The blender is pretty easy to do maintenance on and repair. Unfortunately, some replacement parts like this shaft bracket are no longer sold to the public. Since that bracket is one of the biggest failure points of the blender, I decided to reverse engineer it. Depending on the shrinkage rate of the material the fit of the shaft hole needs to be adapted with sanding paper.

Wellenhalterung für den Schweizer Pürierstab "Zauberstab" der Marke ESGE. Abhängig von dem Schrumpfungsverhalten des Materials muss die Passung der Wellenbohrung mit Schleifpapier nachbearbeitet werden.

Prints well at 40% infill and 0.2mm. If the bracket breaks again in the future, a higher infill ratio might be advantageous. I have been using it without issues for 2 years now though.

Lässt sich gut mit 40% Infill und 0.2mm Auflösung drucken. Eventuell das Infillverhältnis anheben, wenn der Halter unter Benutzung erneut bricht.

This model can be printed with any printer, PLA or ABS (PLA works perfectly), 40% infill, 0.4 or 0.2 nozzle.
